Take the short "Our Narrabri Shire 2035" Survey on this site and help plan for our Shire's future. The survey will be open until Friday 28 February 2025.

We'll be carefully analysng your input and developing a draft Community Strategic Plan that meets your needs and complies with relevant legislation. 

We'll present the draft Community Strategic Plan to Council before taking the plan back to the community to check in the make sure we got it right.

We'll bring the draft plan back to you for your feedback

We'll review your feedback on the draft plan and make the appropriate changes before presenting the final Community Strategic Plan to Council for endorsement.

Once our Community Strategic Plan is endorsed, we'll use it to inform the development of Council's next Delivery Program and Operational Plans, which bring the community's vision for Narrabri Shire to life by detailing how we deliver key services and infrastructure each year.

Periodically, we'll check back in to make sure the plan still meets the needs of the community.
