Our Narrabri Shire 2035: Your voice is our future
Let's plan for Narrabri Shire's future together
The CSP is our shared vision for the future of Narrabri Shire - the towns and villages we call home. It captures what we love most about our community's today and our hopes for how it will grow and improve in the years ahead.
Council is reviewing our current Community Strategic Plan (CSP) to ensure it continues to represent the shared vision of our community's.
The CSP is the long-term plan for our Shire, created by the communities throughout Narrabri Shire. The CSP reflects the community's long-term vision for the future of Narrabri Shire Council must review the CSP every 4 years, following an ordinary election of Councillors. Now is the time to start reviewing the 2022/2032 CSP and any changes to the CSP must be adopted by Council by June 2025.
This plan will drive the decisions made by Council on the things that really matter to us like services, facilities, development and more.

We want to know how you feel about living in Narrabri Shire. What do you love and value? What improvements are most important to you? Narrabri Shire Council will be hosting pop-up events called "Our Narrabri Shire 2035" across the Local Government Area. These will be interactive sessions where you can come and talk to Narrabri Shire staff. Find out when we will be in your town or village in the coming months.
