Submissions are invited up to 5.00pm Sunday, 17 May 2026 and will be considered at the June 2026 Ordinary Council Meeting. 

At the Ordinary Council Meeting on Wednesday, 15 April 2026, Council endorsed the Draft Pesticide Use Notification Plan and Policy to be placed on public exhibition for a period of 28 days (until 5.00pm Sunday, 17 May 2026) and invite submissions from the community and stakeholders during this exhibition period.
