Consultation has concluded

The Pesticide Use Notification Plan is being updated as the previous version had expired and no longer reflects current legislation or best practice.

This review also responds to community feedback that the existing plan was outdated and lacked important detail. As part of the update, a new Pesticide Policy has been developed to support clearer guidance and strengthen how Council manages pesticide use.

Placing these documents on public exhibition ensures the community has an opportunity to review the updates, provide feedback, and helps Council meet its legal and environmental responsibilities.
